We issue store credits only on your registered email ID. Here’s how to use your store credit for your next order:

  • Check your email for a message from us containing your store credit coupon code
  • For your next purchase, you must log in using the same email ID you used earlier

  2. Enter your email address and verify it using the 6-digit OTP sent to your inbox.
  3. Note: Creating a full account/profile is not necessary, but logging in with your email is required to apply the credit.
  • During checkout, you will see a coupon code option.
  • Copy-paste the coupon code sent to your email into that field to redeem your store credit.

How do i know my order is confirmed?

If order has been placed, you would have got an automated sms from Razorpay confirming your transaction.

You would have got a confirmation mail as well. Sometimes it comes in the promotions/spam folder.

You will also be getting the updates via sms on the number provided once the order has been shipped

How do I cancel the order, I have placed and how can I receive my refund?

For PREPAID orders, refund will get initiated within 48 working hours post which the amount shall reflect within 7 working days in your source account.
