Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Lavaya purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Below is our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth process.

1. Returns


How to return/exchange an item or order?
1) To initiate a return or exchange, please check the following options.
-Email: lavaya.helpdesk@gmail.com (9 AM TO 6PM, Monday to Friday)
-  please check our Term and conditions for only acceptance of returns and exchange.
2) We will arrange free pickup of the order within 72 working hours.

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 2 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Please note that some items, such as [sale items, lingerie, swimwear], may be excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.

How to Return:
1. Request a Return: Email us at mail to:lavaya.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
2. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorization form provided.

Why is the return/exchange option unavailable on the website or app?
The return and exchange option in the "My account" section is currently unavailable due to ongoing updates to our website and application.


Return Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

-If you prefer a refund on any circumstances, a restocking fee of 15% per item will be deducted from the refund amount. it will be direct credited to you store credit account.

2. Exchanges

Eligibility:
- Exchanges are accepted for items of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of the delivery date (Additional charges of 250rs for the processing).
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

How to Exchange:
1. Request an Exchange: Email us at lavaya.helpdesk@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item or size you need. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions.
2. Prepare Your Package: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the exchange authorization form provided.
3. Ship Your Exchange: Send the package to the address provided in your exchange instructions.

Exchange Shipping Costs:
- 100rs will be charged for your replacement item.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at lavaya.helpdesk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
